we as a company are blessed with an easy-going attittude and a great sense of humor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Though the compensation is reasonably fair, honestly, it's hard to choose a best part because... it's nothing... special. I'd call it the basic version of fair.

My team are smart, engaged, proactive, warm-hearted people without exception. We the team are at the heart of our culture. Truly the only downside is the turnover rate. at the moment, I actually don't really have a manager. I technically repot to our CEO by defalt, but ultimately I turn to HR or a senior colleague for guidance/approval for things as our CEO is in and out of the office. I would love to see our leadership provide training to managers on what it means
