What does the leadership team need to get better at?
at the moment, I actually don't really have a manager. I technically repot to our CEO by defalt, but ultimately I turn to HR or a senior colleague for guidance/approval for things as our CEO is in and out of the office. I would love to see our leadership provide training to managers on what it means
