What do you like best about the leadership team?
Innovative, always striving for excellence, supportive.
Business processes are constantly improving, very open environment.
Caring, transparency, and willingness to set an example for others. Lead by doing, not just saying.
They are commited and passionate about their work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
at the moment, I actually don't really have a manager. I technically repot to our CEO by defalt, but ultimately I turn to HR or a senior colleague for guidance/approval for things as our CEO is in and out of the office. I would love to see our leadership provide training to managers on what it means
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are using Competency-Based Salary Structure
It is very much performance driven.
Being free on weekends and holidays, paid leave, and being able to work from home when needed.
Though the compensation is reasonably fair, honestly, it's hard to choose a best part because... it's nothing... special. I'd call it the basic version of fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's challenging for a small business in NYC to compete with larger companies that can command better benefits packages. But it would be ideal to have a 401K plan available to employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, knowledgeable, fun loving people.
Being the girl power team, smart, and commited.
The true meaning of TEAM WORK!!! Dedication, understanding, and joint effort to get the job done the best way possible!!!
Talkative, lively, and outgoing sales team that works together to accomplish the overall goal.
Positivity throughout the organization, within teams, and generated by the management as well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody are willing to help out
Great people, open communication, challenging work, constant improvement
Being real, normal and hardworking together. Also, that small chats during the work being done - priceless.

It was a long time ago
Transparent, thorough, collaborative, open, positive experience.
Interviewers being open and upfront about everything.
it was rather fast for me!
Meeting a variety of individuals, and being given an opportunity to do your own research to prove how well/not well you can grasps the complexity of the business.

Co workers, Positive atmosphere and cheerful attitude
Coffee, work and music. The small things that make our days.
Everything - my team, my job, my responsabilities and the positive relationship we build and nurture with our customers and our clients!
The people, close knit environment, and overall productivity level that each member shows (inspiring me to go further and do more).
My colleagues! And the comfort of a beautiful office and great food:)
