- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It's challenging for a small business in NYC to compete with larger companies that can command better benefits packages. But it would be ideal to have a 401K plan available to employees.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?at the moment, I actually don't really have a manager. I technically repot to our CEO by defalt, but ultimately I turn to HR or a senior colleague for guidance/approval for things as our CEO is in and out of the office. I would love to see our leadership provide training to managers on what it means
