It is very much performance driven.
Being free on weekends and holidays, paid leave, and being able to work from home when needed.
Though the compensation is reasonably fair, honestly, it's hard to choose a best part because... it's nothing... special. I'd call it the basic version of fair.
It's challenging for a small business in NYC to compete with larger companies that can command better benefits packages. But it would be ideal to have a 401K plan available to employees.
