What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aiming to excel all the time
They are very understanding and sort things out efficiently.
As a part of the leadership team I highly value their support. They are a energetic, empathetic, very encouraging and well trained team.

Higher hourly rates and better health benifits
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly is the way to describe it
they are all friendly and professional
all very supportive but are all treated badly of management
They work so hard and support the rest of the team. It makes the pub a really lovely place to work in and visit. For alot of people it's their first job and the team help give them support, a great set of skills and a great impression of the company.

weekly pay and the customers
We build each other up and help each others confidence. Helping each other to be the best we can be.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were very organised and the pace was easy
quite enthusiastic and very informative
It was an opportunity to get to know some of the managers at the pub. It was also a good look in to what kind of environment is encouraged within work.

My co-workers are super friendly, and they really help my shift to fly by
working with my coworkers and getting paid
