What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aiming to excel all the time
They are very understanding and sort things out efficiently.
As a part of the leadership team I highly value their support. They are a energetic, empathetic, very encouraging and well trained team.

Always asking the employees that don't normally get to make decisions what they thoughts are on aspects of the business.
Support, politeness, professionalism, people-oriented attitude, and teamwork.
High expectations but guidance and support at every level so that the employees feel valuable as a team member. Family feel within tve team, encouraged by the team leaders.
