Decent base pay and benefits.

Quarterly profit sharing -- this isn't anything I have received before and is truly very generous.

The amount of bonuses we get. I have gotten a profit sharing bonus every single quarter since I started working here, as well as performance bonuses and 401 profit sharing (above and beyond what we put in). Having an onsite clinic also helps offset medical costs.

Profit sharing and gain sharing are wonderful

Paycheck received on time, no need to ask for raise most of the time

On-site, free health clinic, casual dress, options to participate in volunteer efforts.
