Mr. Turicchi served as the Chief Financial Officer of j2 Global, Inc. from May 19, 2003 to June 4, 2007 and focused on all its financial and public company matters. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of j2 Global, Inc. since June 4, 2007. Mr. Turicchi joined j2 Global, Inc. in 2000 and served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development from March 2000 to May 2003. Mr. Turicchi served as a Managing Director of Investment Banking department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation from 1990 to 2000. At DLJ, he was responsible for corporate finance activities, including public equity offerings, high grade and high yield debt offerings, private equity placements and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. Mr. Turicchi served as a Director of j2 Global, Inc. from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Turicchi serves as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Reed Institute of Decision Sciences.
