Be financially to the company, but also to the staff. Building an EBITA of 50% while cutting staff compensation is wrong.

Recognize talent and promote within. Don't bring an outsider to manage something he doesnt know.
Pay to fair market values, match 401K (up to 4%), bonuses shouldn't just be for the C-Levels only
Given all of the responsibilities handed to me I know that I am being under compensated.
I built and ran a successful team who quit because of bad C level management.
