It used to be a great company. But the last 4-5 years after management change, it is trash.
New executive level forces compartmentalization and lack of working together. Additionally, they tend to show preferential treatment to the Digital side of the business.

Communication! j2's single greatest problem is a holistic lack of communication. Whether it's from upper management to subordinates, from HR to the company, or from a team lead to their associates, j2 suffers from a complete lack of communication with trickles all the way from the top of the organization to the bottom.
