Kevin Williams — CFO & Treasurer at Jack Henry & Associates

Mr. Kevin D. Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. since January 2001 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Williams served as Controller of Henry Jack & Associates Inc. since joining Henry Jack & Associates Inc. in 1998. He was introduced to Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JHA) in 1990 when BKD took on JHA as a client. Williams performed audit work for JHA for seven years before deciding to leave public accounting in 1998 and join JHA as Corporate Controller. He was named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in January 2001 and in his role is directly responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, tax filings, investor relations and the Travel and Corporate Services departments. A 1987 graduate of Missouri Southern State College, Williams earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration ??? Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He lives with his wife and daughter in Monett, Missouri and considers being a great dad one of his most important accomplishments.
