I love this company and specifically took a lower salary to work here. I believe culture will make or break your experience and more money isnt always the best. Having a president that knows your name and a little about you, is rare. Questions are welcomed and mistakes are to be learned from!

They are honest and want the best for the us as employees

Being open & honest with us, sharing clear & concise goals & what they are doing to get us there

Open, candid and transparent. Encourage us to be our best by pushing.

They keep the focus on what is important which is not always the financials. They do a great job of communicating expectations. They set an example of living our values out at work and outside of work.

The President, Tim Fischer, walks the floors and knows each associate by name. Other leaders follow his example and put relationships with associates first.

The on campus ammenities are absolutely amazing and encompass pretty much anything you want or need to handle. And anything that isn't built into the campus, they have mobile services come regularly to use.

I am very satisfied with my compensation package. It all comes together to ensure I have a positive work-life balance.

People, for the most part, are self-motivated. They don't have to be asked what to do, they go out and get it.

They are all so genuine, they are invested in doing the right thing, they want and try to make the company better, and are willing to be collaborative with other people and departments.

Each brings a unique set of skills to the team, and we support each other. They are kind, professional, creative, and focused.

Everyone completes a "where do I fit in" statement. They all understand how their job contributes to the business and individual success.

The culture isn't just about the words on the wall, but are played out in every interaction between coworkers and with our customers. We are trying to make a positive difference getting people healthcare they wouldn't otherwise have access to and that's the focus, not our profit.

J+C is exactly as the culture and environment are presented to new hires. Being able to put health, family, and self ahead of work when needed and not feeling guilty is another large perk.
