They are honest and want the best for the us as employees

Being open & honest with us, sharing clear & concise goals & what they are doing to get us there

Open, candid and transparent. Encourage us to be our best by pushing.

They keep the focus on what is important which is not always the financials. They do a great job of communicating expectations. They set an example of living our values out at work and outside of work.

The President, Tim Fischer, walks the floors and knows each associate by name. Other leaders follow his example and put relationships with associates first.
