Support for each other .
People, for the most part, are self-motivated. They don't have to be asked what to do, they go out and get it.
They are all so genuine, they are invested in doing the right thing, they want and try to make the company better, and are willing to be collaborative with other people and departments.
Each brings a unique set of skills to the team, and we support each other. They are kind, professional, creative, and focused.

I would say our team has a special bond with one another not only do we spend 40 hours a week together but we hang out outside of work too. We are all respectful of one another and are always willing to jump in on anything even if it is outside our job description. I am bias but our team is amazing!
