What makes you most happy at work?
The PEOPLE are what make me most happy at work. I love my leader, I love my team and I absolutely love in my role I get to work with every division in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at J+C is a big reason why I am still with the company after 9 years. They are supportive, they lead by example and there is no limit on what they will do for associates to ensure they grow and reach their personal and professional goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team makes me a better person personally and professionally. I get to work with a group of people on a daily basis that are supportive, collaborative and have an others first mentality. We know we work better together and its important for us to meet our goals as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about J+C's culture and environment is that people don't just talk about our core values of others first, growth and wisdom but truly live by them. Everyone I work with has a passion for helping others and knows that the work they are doing has meaning and is making an impact
