More resources and training for dangerous and sensitive situations
Stop making employees feel like you are doing us a great favor for our compensation when the time and work we put in more then the return. Working in fear of job everyday is just unacceptable. Piss poor management.
its not the pay that is an issue its the leadership team on the carwash division
