They're friendly and the executive leadership compensates employees very well.
Most started at the bottom and worked there way up

Real accountability, honesty, and equal advancement opportunities. To treat us equally and not put out a target when the employees decide to stand up to discrimination & favoritism and call it out. If you point out liability to HR they quickly flip it, gas light you followed by immediate retaliation
Protecting employees working alone at night at 24-hour lovations
Try to to rely care instead of all the fake pretences. The only thing Jackson's really care about are the jacksons. Everyone can see it but ajob is a job.

More resources and training for dangerous and sensitive situations
Stop making employees feel like you are doing us a great favor for our compensation when the time and work we put in more then the return. Working in fear of job everyday is just unacceptable. Piss poor management.
its not the pay that is an issue its the leadership team on the carwash division

Be open and stop being so afraid to voice a opinion or concern
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The newer work group is doing better than the last group and it is refreshing. However the inconsistencies with things not being done and recognition of those working hard is cumbersome. I am older and have been denied advancement 5x even though I have the background, experience and recommendations

Our was a acquisition so I can not say much to the interview process

I didn't really have an interview was a transfer from PILOT to Jacksons

What makes you most happy at work?
When customers validate you and acknowledge that Jacksons is mistreating us. Si far 10 regulars are willing to write declaration letters on our behalf against the DM's misrepresentation & willful discrimination. Work 8+hrs a day, never get breaks. Worked 10hr+ shift alone, no break, got written up
When everyone does there job and day goes well

Every thing i enjoy seeing the regulars every day. I enjoy the conversations that we have. I enjoy the people I work with. It makes me happy that when customers come in and see my face that they are excited to be there because I'm there and happy to see me.
