What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The newer work group is doing better than the last group and it is refreshing. However the inconsistencies with things not being done and recognition of those working hard is cumbersome. I am older and have been denied advancement 5x even though I have the background, experience and recommendations

There are no judgments. Stay positive listen to the boss & get along with everyone. Many customers comment on how they love our store & what a positive influence its made in thier day. Hence why they come to our store.
