What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone does there job and day goes well
Learning new things watching our Californiayry
Every thing i enjoy seeing the regulars every day. I enjoy the conversations that we have. I enjoy the people I work with. It makes me happy that when customers come in and see my face that they are excited to be there because I'm there and happy to see me.
Bring able to make my customers happy
Helping and making every customer feel welcome and satisfied
Being able to work with my coworkers
I basically have my own department & get real positive responses to my ideas. I work independently for the most part which also works out well for me. Possibly why I feel as though I'm running while some of my team is holding up a counter.

To come in and know that I am being taken care of by the company.
