The relationship between us, and our regular customers, and the bonds that we form with the regulars

I am part of the leader ship team and I would say that we ran a good team because we treat everybody equal and everybody like family
What makes you most happy at work?
Every thing i enjoy seeing the regulars every day. I enjoy the conversations that we have. I enjoy the people I work with. It makes me happy that when customers come in and see my face that they are excited to be there because I'm there and happy to see me.
