Jamba Juice Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

i would get sick pay hours

The discount is my favorite

Review from Sales Dept

I would say The shift meal maybe

Not applicable for my position

401k is the best thing

Love the PTO package. Very fair.

The pay is good but no compensation package

Review from Sales Dept

it is the most flexible package I've ever received from a company

Review from Sales Dept

The food we make is delicious and nutritious!

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

we put in more effort than we are paid so a pay increase would help along with more employees so we aren't a skeleton crew that's constantly drowning.

there were more than 20 ocassions where the store was understaffed resulting in me as shift lead and other employees either had to cut their 10 and 30 minute breaks in half without being able to resume at a later time. or did not take a 10 and/or 30 alltogether due to constant customer flow.

all of the above period

Pay too little for the amount of work that is required. Too many recipes to remember. Feels as if you're working for free.

a better work enviroment overall

Team work communication structure managers that want to work not leave early

I am a shift lead who has worked for jamba for a year and a half, I get paid $11 an hour, this is less than hiring pay for team members at most other jobs in this field. Raise the pay per hour for all employees, team members and shift leads.

I think if the hourly pay was closer to competing businesses I'd feel more valued. A general manager position pays as much as or less than an agm position at another food location.

I would like a higher pay for the amount of work I do

Being treated fairly with the distribution of hours worked without being biased unprofessional and racially discriminative and showing favortism

More hours as well as higher pay

i would like to be paid a liveable wage with benefits

Im not paid as a manager But do everutjing a manager does

Not to be harrased and be maniuplated.

the manager treats us bad

i wish they offered more sick pay. Or some kind of PTO for long-term employees.

I am the only one working on the floor most of the shifts no one comes to the front of the house even when there is a customer

Review from Customer Support Dept

If my boss would steal or keep my w2 from me or work me so little that I lost my home

Review from Sales Dept

It would be nice to receive a more flexible schedule for my family.

Review from Product Dept

Never acknowledged for my work, was over worked, underappreciate, taken advantage of, used.
