What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

everything like helping out more

Caring about their employees and responding to their complaints and showing them basic respect

Treating others with respect and dignity and being kind

they need to get better at everything do things better and clean everything

Communication, being able to effectively lead w/positivity, compassion, understanding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

we put in more effort than we are paid so a pay increase would help along with more employees so we aren't a skeleton crew that's constantly drowning.

there were more than 20 ocassions where the store was understaffed resulting in me as shift lead and other employees either had to cut their 10 and 30 minute breaks in half without being able to resume at a later time. or did not take a 10 and/or 30 alltogether due to constant customer flow.

all of the above period

Pay too little for the amount of work that is required. Too many recipes to remember. Feels as if you're working for free.

a better work enviroment overall

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Only the shift leads need improvement on attitude and how to treat team members with basic respect

Communication and working together as a team

Just being more open minded to those just starting and those who do things a bit differently than them

they need to improve on actually working during down time instead of sitting in the back using their phones

Being professional at all times non discriminatory and fair withoit being biased and showing favortism

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

What needs to change is the teamwork of the employees including the general manager

Review from Customer Support Dept

The manager needs to be replaced she does a terrible job of keeping the team together and just gossips about everything and leaves a mess everywhere also racially profiled is as employees

Review from Sales Dept

its very relaxed however it is sometimes a little fast paced

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Everything there needs work\ help

Actually getting an interview. Hiring competent people maybe.

I feel like jamba is too quick to hire whomever and maybe need to be more picky because a lot of these people get hired and leave within a week

They need to hire new people not friends

Review from Customer Support Dept

The people doing the interviews I was hired as a joke

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Access from team members to corporate is non-existent, info on why employees can or can't do something is impossible to find, making communication between employees and corporate easier to find would at the very least ease team member's minds on whether they are being listened to or not.

we need more employees, better pay, and managers of various levels actually helping us rather than making things excruciating for us.

the manager of our store sits in the back in her office every shift and rarely comes out. most of the time its to run to the bank. she hardly ever helps team members working upfront even where theyre obviously overwhelmed with customers. shes been seen on various occasions in her office drawing

No proper training. No helpful insights. Needs better communications. Managers need training. Coworkers need to be better trained.

Management is going very wrong.
