My team, aside from my manager, treats me fairly and friendly, while maintaining professionalism and leadership to get work done efficiently and effectively.
my fellow team members are mostly great and two of the team leaders are too because we show up on time and help each other.

Not much nowadays, We are an efficient team and we take care of our store and each other. That's something that's positive to me.

it was really quick and easy

they asked me what specifically i wasn't looking for in my last job and let me explain those things
There was a series of separate interviews with the stores management and shift leads. Which was very effective in finding the right person for the job.

what makes me most happy is that i get to make customers smile
