I have worked at Jam City for almost a year now, and have very much enjoyed interacting with the exec team as well as the DEB YT team. I have been working from home, but am VERY excited to be back in person and interact daily with all of these folks!

Everyone is genuinely invested in creating and marketing the best games as possible.

A variety of things. The people, the work itself, the goals we have ahead of us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not believe that I am currently utilizing my benefits to their full potential, however I know the options to do so is there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone treats their team members as 'human' and understand that especially during WFH, there are unavoidable conflicts that sometimes arise. Everyone is committed to a healthy and supportive work environment.
