What do you like best about the leadership team?

They genuinely care about us and want us to succeed as a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Diversity is actually a thing here in an industry populated mostly with straight, white, cis males.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to do what I love on a daily basis - and get paid for it!

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone just wants to see the team create awesome games. There are no egos here - no competition between team members. The entire team wants to see everyone succeed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's on the higher end of the industry. Appreciate the health options and the ability to add additional benefits, such as enhanced dental. Yearly bonus is a nice add, as well.
