Most people I have encountered, virtually or in person, are engaged with the culture and want to be part of the company, care about what they do and contribute, but not to an unhealthy level.

The virtual working world has been challenging when it comes to connecting with my manager in a collaborative way that feels additive to my growth and development. Finding new ways to work and having leaders who are open to shifting their style is important.
