creative events, good swag/recognition, awesome products and partnerships, dogs and food!

it's well-rounded and i have gotten merit and cost of living based raises in my 3 years

i think they rely on the expertise of their employees and don't micromanage or send too many "top-down" decisions
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is awesome! super helpful and collaborative. everyone really comes in and does the work they are supposed to. not a lot of hand holding or waiting on others to get my job done
What makes you most happy at work?
i love the work i do. i love being treated like an adult and making my own schedule. we are motivated and given measurable goals, but we are not micro-managed or held hostage to metrics
