My experience has been short, but this is a great company. I wish I were paid more for my work, but the culture, the people, and the ability to grow more than make up for any compensation issues. Overall, I'm eager to see how the rest of my year goes and what opportunities I'll be afforded nxt yr.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliness and relationships run deep, but losing access to the office seems to be something that has caused the culture to take a hit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if my salary were more commensurate with other companies... I'm hoping that this is going to be a point of focus during my review in April!
