What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Despite the WFH, I have found the culture initiatives to be strong; that said, as we're now 8 months into the pandemic it feels like the initial focus on this is waning.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a senior leader, I wish the company had other ways to compensate above salary and bonus, to be more competitive with other tech companies that can offer RSUs, Quarterly Bonuses, structured rewards, etc.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I find Jam City to be an incredibly supportive environment across teams, studios, and the Executive Leadership. There's not a sense of 'dog eat dog' or competitive posturing; everyone seems genuinely interested in making great games and helping in any way they can to make that a reality.
