I love Jam City, and care deeply about it being successful. I trust that management knows what it is doing, and not having to worry about whether we are on the right path or not allows me to focus on my work. Finally, I care about my coworkers, and I have made long-lasting friendships.

More timely performance reviews. If there are delays, they should clearly be communicated

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know what my friends are making elsewhere. I recently changed roles. It would have been a great opportunity for it to be adjusted and it was not.
