What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best because they're wonderful people, have a great sense of humor and are really good at what they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on my skills and experience, I'm underutilized because I do one thing and one thing only. I think I'm technically not underpaid for my job title, but both my pay and title are a big step down for me and not something I can put on my resume. But then it's only a contract position, so whatever.
