What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Openness and latitude to try big things

What are some of the best things about your team?

They love the product they're on.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team have made it clear there's an emphasis on the importance of product management, which has unlocked potential in us and our teams.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is necessarily wrong, but there's too much on my plate and so I'm often feeling overwhelmed and making trade offs on priorities that are all important.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I had to receive other offers to up my compensation, but my salary is fair. I know I'm under compensated bonus-wise and in RSUs, which seems like a big oversight for a performance-based function.
