What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone on my team truly cares about the product and want to create experiences that players will enjoy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?PTO is very respected, at least in my role
What makes you most happy at work?Getting praise for doing my best. Being listened to for my ideas. Helping other engineers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I take on work responsibilities that go way beyond my given title and should be promoted and compensated for my time and ability. Promotions/compensations should not just be dependent on years of being in the office, the amount of work should be taken into account.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel there is favoritism on the team. Often, men receive better opportunities than the women. Women of color get less opportunities than white women. This makes me question if everyone is fairly paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Jam City compensation is generally lower than market rate. It makes me feel undervalued in the market and it makes it difficult to hire top employees.
