Treating everyone equally. And work more
Offering contracts that have the possibility for profit. Right now they make deals with customers that are so cheap it is literally impossible to do all the customer needs while paying employees a fair wage. You end up having to cover all labor personally to break even, sleeping in your car.
Leadership. They have a lack of. No teams, Just individuals.
Pay 10 per hour when the minimum wage is 12
I feel undervalued when I am paid. I have to sleep in my car between jobs, working all contracts personally instead of hiring help, just to break even.
Be compassionate, understanding, and realistic. Actually offering enough money per contract to pay employees and please the customer would be an improvement.
Better management and empathy towards employees
Having realistic prices for the customer contracts so that the franchisees can pay employees and please the customers.

Like I said, not enough money per contract to hire employees and break even. Losing lonely all the time, or upsetting the client is a way of life. I have to sleep in ny car between jobs at each client because I cant afford to hire employees.
