Working at JazzHR has been a fantastic experience! I came into this role extremely burnt out from my last position and Jazz has been so rejuvenating for me! I absolutely love my team and feel like I'm really making a difference in our customers happiness!

The leadership team is great at staying focused on achieving the goals of the company while also prioritizing creating a healthy work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a team player and has a good attitude. I've had a lot of great friendships develop outside of work hours with my coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to speak with multiple team members that would be my peers. I felt I could ask them honest questions and get honest answers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate that the starting vacation time and work from home package is so good. It makes me feel like they actually care about my mental health and want me to have a life outside of the office!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are constantly reminded that we all have a hand in the company reaching its goals and when you have an idea to make it better it is heard and taken into consideration. We also have many team happy hours and bonding activities which helps build office moral!
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping a customer learn our software and truly making their experience with JazzHR a quality one. Learning a new software can be frustrating - my favorite things is to build a bond with our customers and take a potentially frustrating experience and turning it into a positive one!
