The fact that I got to interview with different members of different teams, giving me a well-rounded view of the company

We get along well and function as an actual team. People are ready and willing to help and there is a lot of motivation to do well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The constant challenge of my job in the fact that something is always changing or always new. I am able to collaborate with third parties we interact with plus cross-departmentally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are transparent about where the company is going and where we are struggling. There is high motivation to make sure everyone is on board with the mission and people seem to be valued here from each department's lead.
