Very open minded, very progressive in terms of technology and believes in supporting their teams with new technology, tools and systems in terms of training and employee advancement opportunities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has an entrepreneurial feeling in a large company, There is also a very good remote working policy -- which is great if you are a parent or travel far to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
All that i have mentioned so far -- Company culture, work-life balance, open door policy of management, my manager is absolutely brillaint and provides me with constructive feedback and is easy to work with, training and professional development opportunities
