What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
no one gets berated or otherwise mistreated. They're just ignored if they don't do well
It has an entrepreneurial feeling in a large company, There is also a very good remote working policy -- which is great if you are a parent or travel far to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership, you need to be on the inside to have a good working experience, good ole boys club
More office perks and benefits like free food and gym, mandatory gym breaks and protective staffing for juniors on weekends
the managers could stop talking to lower level people like they are servants
