Its all about thr culture - nobody wants to be there or with each other. Tired of being abused by thise in the inner circle

Leadership, you need to be on the inside to have a good working experience, good ole boys club
More office perks and benefits like free food and gym, mandatory gym breaks and protective staffing for juniors on weekends
the managers could stop talking to lower level people like they are servants
