The Jet Propulsion Laboratory is a unique national research facility that carries out robotic space and Earth science missions. What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is clearly not a focus at JPL and is negatively impacted by limitations on science funding by the government. The benefits are pretty good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are decent, pay is well below market value.
