Very unpleasant. Nepotism is rampant. Promotions based on whose behind you kiss or the time you have 'in' with the company instead of on merit or actual qualifications.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick, easy, not too many people to interview with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nepotism needs to stop. Inflating profit numbers to placate worried employees needs to stop.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many to count. All of which have been brought up by others and not addressed. No reason to think that will change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Putting in extra work and long hours gets you nowhere if you're not a brown noser with no shame or related to the owners.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop stabbing each other in the backs. No job is worth that. Especially one that pays as far below market value as Jeunesse does.
