I wish they truelly cared about me
Be active and help each other in business
In August 2019, Jeunesse laid-off 25% of their workforce due to declining China sales. The CEO and COO fled to their multi-million dollar California mansion to avoid seeing employees being released, while requesting a police presence for the layoffs.
Command volume and personal volume comissions
Putting in extra work and long hours gets you nowhere if you're not a brown noser with no shame or related to the owners.
The company drastically undervalues employees. Until recently, they employed their staff through a "holding company" to shield themselves from legal action relating to employees.
Director-level and down (with exceptions) are well-qualified; however, the executive team exists on greed. The CEO and COO lease the corporate headquarters to themselves in order to make additional money. This contributed to releasing 25% of staff.
Very positive and active people
Work environment is awful. People hate being there.
Stop stabbing each other in the backs. No job is worth that. Especially one that pays as far below market value as Jeunesse does.
Inspiration on each step of career
Nepotism needs to stop. Inflating profit numbers to placate worried employees needs to stop.
Stop lying about how much money you're making. You're spending it faster than you can make it. Give bonuses for good work, not just to the brown-nosing directors.
The culture is one of fear. The Sr. Director of HR has dinner with the company CEO and COO weekly, and will terminate any employees who speak ill of the executive team, even if it means fabricating cause.
Quick, easy, not too many people to interview with.
How credible it is in the questions and that it wants to check everything
Their aprouch way was efficient
Quick. To the point. Responded quickly.

More questions about work/life balance would get better candidates in the door.
The team, development, positivity, helpful, it's my family
Hope and believing in bright furure
Too many to count. All of which have been brought up by others and not addressed. No reason to think that will change.
It's all very contrived. The entire MLM idea is nothing but a pyramid scheme. At least market it as such so that people don't lose their life savings attempting (but never achieving) "Diamond" status.
The company relied on operations in China, with Greater China accounting for 75% of sales; however, without being licensed to operate in China, crackdowns have led to layoffs. Focusing more on approved, legal operations will allow greater sustainability.
