I went to get my oil changed and 15 point check. I went there because their site said they checked 15 things including transmission fluid. They put oil cap on wrong and oil everywhere,+check engine light came on. lied to also. want $ refunded.

People that changed my oil, broke the dipstick tube completely off and just laid it inside my engine compartment….. like I’m not gonna notice that! Spoke With GM and he reviewed their cameras which clearly show the tech taking longer than normal putt
