The leadership team wants their employees to succeed in every aspect
Ralph cares about his employees and the store so much.
I don't like the fact I'm part time and I do more work then full time employees do

New managers and new corporate manager. He hires only his friends and family to be managers not the hard workers. Theres proof because they are all brothers and cousins.

Everything they do they meed go work on
Listening and communication and stop blaming others for your mess up. I didn't work on the cars and I got blamed alot
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k plan is the best part in my opinoin
The health insurance is pretty good
Bonus incentives are very fair
Love the Health and Dental Benefits. 401K @ 5% being matched at 100% is totally more than what I could ask for
I sas able to save some money but because my boss was playing me with my schedule so i couldnt pay my bills but everyone else i worked with worked over 40 hours and all i got was 20
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get no competition here
I feel undervalued when my team lead and district leads
Pay people when you should I'd be the best way to do it
I work hard at my job. And make sure my job duties are done every day. I just wish i had more than 1 day off a werk to spend with my family. Family values in a company speaks volumes!!!

That need to buy there own tools and stay out of my tool box

Any employee should be able to walk in to any Jiffy Lube at any time and perform his/her job with minimal questions. He/she should be confident that coworkers have been adequately trained.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being there and having people whom like you
We worked well together granted the GM nick did not Tran us

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better hood techs they will do tire rotations, pull air filters.. and listen to what is being called out so they can do their job as im doing mone.

Consistency, training needs to be based on appropriate industry standards. Managers need to have more practical knowledge in order to teach/lead a team.
Better trained store manager in making realistic goals for his store, by researching the area, type of people and different vehicle. Stop lying to customers or make Associates do the same. Maybe use Toyota way or sigma six or basic common sense.

DISCUSS POLICY! WHERE IS MY HANDBOOK?! Ive asked for it multiple times!
Ask better questions about the why the employee wants to work for them

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I dont even know anymore, im done. Yall can have it. Dont care abouy anyones livlihood but their own.
New managment needs to be found and no matter the labor everyone should be working hours and not being the odd man out
Messing up vehicles, mixing oil, not cleaning. Work as a team and follow stuff right and there won't be problems
Everything complete overhaul and change of leadership!
