Listening and communication and stop blaming others for your mess up. I didn't work on the cars and I got blamed alot
The 401k plan is the best part in my opinoin

I sas able to save some money but because my boss was playing me with my schedule so i couldnt pay my bills but everyone else i worked with worked over 40 hours and all i got was 20

Any employee should be able to walk in to any Jiffy Lube at any time and perform his/her job with minimal questions. He/she should be confident that coworkers have been adequately trained.

Consistency, training needs to be based on appropriate industry standards. Managers need to have more practical knowledge in order to teach/lead a team.
Better trained store manager in making realistic goals for his store, by researching the area, type of people and different vehicle. Stop lying to customers or make Associates do the same. Maybe use Toyota way or sigma six or basic common sense.

New managment needs to be found and no matter the labor everyone should be working hours and not being the odd man out
