The leadership team wants their employees to succeed in every aspect

Ralph cares about his employees and the store so much.

New managers and new corporate manager. He hires only his friends and family to be managers not the hard workers. Theres proof because they are all brothers and cousins.

Listening and communication and stop blaming others for your mess up. I didn't work on the cars and I got blamed alot

Lots of Corporate standards. Managers get too caught up in enforcing the little things, lose the big picture

Realistic goals, not explaining where these goals came from and how it's base on.

They need to be sure shops are running in a safe manner. They need to stop sending unqualified people out to the shops try to rectify situations which they tell the store manager they are there to take care of that disappear after 2 days.
