That all i had to do was sign papers and i got the job
Hired on spot but they have a lot of turnover
that the manager was excepting what I wanted in hourly pay
They dont say no to anyone because they are desparate. If you show up for the interview then you are hired.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
DISCUSS POLICY! WHERE IS MY HANDBOOK?! Ive asked for it multiple times!
Ask better questions about the why the employee wants to work for them
Explain things better from the start
Be more honest and upfront also allow training ti be completed!
