Employee giftcard drawings at every location periodically. Financial reward for having knowledge of fabric and sewing. Allow employees to make and wear their own aprons. allow some of last months magazines and last seasons pattern books to be in the break room. Give employees discontinued patterns.
I am financially undervalued because I deserve better pay, more paid vacations and a retirement plan
actually give decent hours. they hire too many people and don't give anyone enough hours to live on
