What do you like best about the leadership team?
intelligent problem solvers who are innovative and driven
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually know what is going on. You are obviously just looking to build the company just to sell it and make a profit. Just try to pretend you care for people and return calls and emails

flexibility, a competitive salary, meaningful equity, great benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
getting paid when the contractor said we would get paid!
The company hires people like they were cattle. They come and go from city to city.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people need training. However, no training. Smoke and mirrors by management. Plus, no transparency to whomever management is

There are a lot of good people out there. You are not in the tech business. You are in the people business. That is why you hire people. However, a person has no idea whom they are communicating with. It is really a Big Brother approach. It is very cold

There is no interview process. You are communicating with a computer. There is no human contact.

meaningful mission, working with amazing people, and having fun while working

Like I said, people want to be appreciated and feel like they are needed. They are needed. You can’t survive a day without employees. Treat them like you treat
