What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually know what is going on. You are obviously just looking to build the company just to sell it and make a profit. Just try to pretend you care for people and return calls and emails

getting paid when the contractor said we would get paid!
The company hires people like they were cattle. They come and go from city to city.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are a lot of good people out there. You are not in the tech business. You are in the people business. That is why you hire people. However, a person has no idea whom they are communicating with. It is really a Big Brother approach. It is very cold
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There is no interview process. You are communicating with a computer. There is no human contact.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Like I said, people want to be appreciated and feel like they are needed. They are needed. You can’t survive a day without employees. Treat them like you treat
